We have had a somewhat peripatetic life, moving 'from pillar to post' throughout the years. This has, not, however, quenched our thirst for traveling. Although wonderful to see the sights, our enjoyment comes from experiencing even the briefest interaction with people of the countries we are fortunate to visit. Now, after more than a year of planning, we are embarking on a journey to celebrate the beginning of a new phase in our lives. Our itinerary goal posts have constantly shifted. Initial thoughts were to return only to Provence and the Veneto, Venice in particular. Soon, we decided to add extra time to visit family and friends, as well as to wander again through familiar villages and towns.
We now look to serendipity to point us in the direction when we come across a fork in the road; where we hope to discover as yet unknown favourite places. Join us, if you will, and follow our adventures along the way!
